Sectional beam temporary prestress structure and method based on arc-shaped bolt connection
The invention discloses a segmental beam temporary prestress structure and method based on arc-shaped bolt connection, the temporary prestress structure is composed of a plurality of pre-tightening force applying units, and each pre-tightening force applying unit comprises an arc-shaped hole channel, an arc-shaped bolt and two notches; the two notches are respectively and correspondingly arranged on top plates and/or bottom plates on two sides of a contact surface of two adjacent segmental beams to be extruded, and are communicated with each other through the arc-shaped hole channels which are arranged in the segmental beams and penetrate through the two adjacent segmental beams; the arc-shaped bolt is arranged in the arc-shaped hole channel in a penetrating mode and matched with the arc-shaped hole channel, and the head end and the tail end of the arc-shaped bolt are fixed in the two notches respectively. The method solves the problems of tedious assembly and disassembly, large repair workload, high cost, non-uniform section extrusion and the like in the current temporary prestress applying method of the segmental beam.
本发明公开一种基于弧形螺栓连接的节段梁临时预应力结构及方法,所述临时预应力结构由多个预紧力施加单元构成,每个所述预紧力施加单元包括弧形孔道、弧形螺栓和两个槽口,所述两个槽口分别对应布置于待挤压的相邻两个节段梁接触面两侧的顶板和/或底板上,所述两个槽口之间通过设置于所述节段梁中且贯穿相邻两个所述节段梁的所述弧形孔道连通,所述弧形螺栓贯穿设置于所述弧形孔道内并与之相适配,所述弧形螺栓的首尾两端分别固定于所述两个槽口内。本发明解决了当前节段梁临时预应力施加方法面临的安拆繁琐、修补工作量大、成本高、断面挤压不均匀等问题。
