The method is characterized by comprising the following steps that A, according to a cross beam design drawing, cross beam pouring is divided into a first-time concrete pouring part and a second-time concrete pouring part, and the first-time concrete pouring part and the second-time concretepouring part are divided according to the height of a cross beam; B, a cast-in-place support is erected, a first-time concrete pouring part is completed according to the designed load, and a pluralityof embedded parts of the profile steel support are embedded in the first-time concrete pouring part; compared with the prior art, the poured concrete cross beam part participates in stress through temporary prestress setting, the situation that a subsequent cast-in-place support participates in bearing is reduced or even not needed, the problem that the cross beam construction needs the cast-in-place support with very high bearing capacity is solved, on the other hand, the profile steel support can be repeatedly used, materials are saved, and structural stress is clear.
