The construction method has the beneficial effects that the formwork adopts the segmental steel formwork, the lower tower column steel formwork is designed to be of a truss structure, one section of formwork is installed as an upper layer tower column construction platform after steel bar binding construction is completed, the construction platform does not need to be independently built, and the construction efficiency is effectively improved; an embedded steel ring annular pull connection stabilizing system, an anti-deformation inner support and an embedded steel ring bag water filling ballasting system are combined, and it is effectively ensured that an embedded steel ring does not float upwards when concrete is poured; the lower tower column is poured in sections, and poured concrete is vibrated and stricken in sections, so that smooth construction of the hollow lower tower column with the embedded steel ring in the cable bent tower is effectively guaranteed.
