The invention provides a device for first-stage direct burial construction of an arch dam inclined gate groove of a hydropower station and a construction method thereof.The device comprises an aerial ladder, a plurality of operating platforms are arranged on the aerial ladder, crawling ladders are arranged between the operating platforms, the lower end of the aerial ladder is arranged on a bottom sill, a pre-buried supporting column is arranged on one side of the aerial ladder, and the upper end of the aerial ladder is connected with the pre-buried supporting column through a connecting piece; a main rail slide way installation reference seat, a lintel installation reference seat and a water seal seat plate installation reference seat are arranged on one side of the scaling ladder, and during construction, the main rail slide way installation reference seat, the lintel installation reference seat and the water seal seat plate installation reference seat provide installation reference surfaces for a main rail, a lintel and a main rail water seal seat plate respectively. According to the device and the method, construction procedures are few, installation of the gate groove embedded part does not occupy the dam body concrete pouring linear construction period, the installation progress can be greatly accelerated, lofting of the gate groove embedded part water sealing section is integrally completed at a time during construction, and accumulated errors caused by multiple times of measurement and lofting of the embedded part water sealing section can be effectively avoided.
本发明提供一种用于水电站拱坝倾斜门槽一期直埋施工的装置及其施工方法,该装置包括云梯,云梯上设有若干组操作平台,各操作平台间设有爬梯,云梯下端设置在底槛上,云梯一侧设有预埋支柱,云梯上端通过连接件与预埋支柱连接,云梯一侧设有主轨滑道安装基准座、门楣安装基准座以及水封座板安装基准座,施工时,主轨滑道安装基准座、门楣安装基准座以及水封座板安装基准座分别为主轨、门楣以及主轨水封座板提供安装基准面。该装置及方法施工工序少,门槽埋件安装不占用坝体混凝土浇筑直线工期,可以大大加快安装进度,施工时门槽埋件封水段整体一次完成放样,可以有效避免埋件封水段因多次测量放样而产生的累计误差。
