The water blocking device comprises a mounting frame, a water blocking plate and a magnet; a transmission space for water flow and sundries to pass through is formed between the bottom of the water baffle and the channel body; the cleaning devices are in one-to-one correspondence with the water blocking devices and arranged on the channel body, and each cleaning device comprises a mounting plate, a cleaning plate, an elastic reset piece and a control assembly; the mounting plate is slidably connected to the top of the channel body, and the cleaning plate is rotatably arranged on the mounting plate and extends into the channel body; when the mounting plate is away from the water blocking plate, the control assembly controls the cleaning plate to rotate to the same plane state; when the mounting plate moves towards the water blocking plate, the control assembly controls the cleaning plates to rotate to be in a parallel state; when the water blocking plate is away from the mounting frame, water flow pushes the mounting plate away from the water blocking plate; when the water blocking plate is turned over to abut against the mounting frame, the elastic reset piece drives the mounting plate to move towards the water blocking plate. Impurities deposited in the water conservancy irrigation channel can be reduced.
