The blocking screen has the beneficial effects that the multiple fan blades are welded to the side wall of the protective shell in a circumferential array mode, under blowing of wind, a second rotatingshaft is driven to rotate through rotation of the fan blades, and the end, deviating from the first rotating shaft, of the supporting mechanism is rotationally connected with the transmission mechanism, so that when the first rotating shaft rotates, the transmission mechanism rotates along with the first rotating shaft, the filtering screen is knocked through the transmission mechanism, and thengarbage on filtering screen falls off; and meanwhile, the filtering screen is welded to the inner wall of the fixing frame, when sewage passes through the filtering screen, garbage in the water can flow to the two sides of the filtering screen, and due to the fact that the fixing frame is trapezoidal, the garbage can be conveniently gathered to the two ends of a river channel along the inclined face of the filtering screen under the action of water flow, and the anti-blocking performance of the filtering screen is good.
