Miniature pile and pre-stressed anchor rod combined foundation and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a micro pile and pre-stressed anchor combined foundation and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, a soil body is excavated to the elevation of a cushion layer at a design position, a pile hole of a micro pile is constructed, a reinforcement cage is put down, and fine aggregate concrete is poured; s2, an anchor hole of the pre-stressed anchor rod is constructed, a steel pipe is placed in the middle, then a rib body with a sleeve is placed in the steel pipe, a grouting body is injected into the anchor hole to a hole opening, and then the grouting body is supplemented and injected into the steel pipe; s3, a cushion layer is constructed, lower-step foundation steel bars and upper-step foundation steel bars are bound, a combined anchor cushion plate is installed, and concrete is poured; and S4, after the concrete strength meets the requirement, the pre-stressed anchor rods are tensioned to the designed load and then locked, connecting ribs are installed, and an anchor sealing cover is poured. The combined foundation comprises a foundation, and micro piles and pre-stressed anchor rods which are arranged on the foundation; the combined foundation is formed by the micro piles, the pre-stressed anchor rods and the foundation, the micro piles can guarantee the foundation bearing capacity of the foundation, the pre-stressed anchor rods can remarkably reduce or even eliminate accumulated deformation of the foundation caused by repeated vibration of the power transmission tower, and the safety of the power transmission tower foundation is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种微型桩与预应力锚杆联合基础及其施工方法,其施工方法为:S1、在设计位置开挖土体至垫层标高,施工微型桩的桩孔,下放钢筋笼并浇筑细石混凝土;S2、施工预应力锚杆的锚孔,先居中下放钢管,然后向钢管内下放带有套管的筋体,向锚孔内注入灌浆体至孔口,再向钢管内补充注入灌浆体;S3、施工垫层,绑扎下阶基础钢筋、上阶基础钢筋,安装组合锚垫板,浇筑混凝土;S4、混凝土强度达到要求后,张拉预应力锚杆至设计荷载后锁定,安装连接筋并浇筑封锚罩。联合基础包括基础以及设置在基础上的微型桩和预应力锚杆;本发明通过微型桩、预应力锚杆与基础组成联合基础,微型桩可保障基础的地基承载力,预应力锚杆可显著减小甚至消除输电塔因反复振动导致基础产生的累积变形,大幅提高输电塔基础的安全。
