The invention discloses a hydraulic telescopic pile foundation reinforcement cage mounting and positioning device which can meet accurate positioning of a pile foundation reinforcement cage through hydraulic telescopic, and positioning formed after the device is adopted can replace a traditional positioning process to directly weld the reinforcement cage on a steel casing through reinforcing steel bars. In traditional reinforcement cage positioning, the problems that reinforcement welding is not firm, welding positioning points are not accurate, pile casings are embedded obliquely, the reinforcement cage rotates when the reinforcement cage is put down, and an actual positioning center point below the reinforcement cage is deviated from a theoretical center point exist.
