Mounting and positioning method for underwater reinforcement cage of pile foundation
The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundation construction, and discloses a mounting and positioning method of a pile foundation underwater reinforcement cage, which comprises the following steps: at least three main reinforcements are reserved at the top of the reinforcement cage and are respectively connected with measurement positioning reinforcements, and the measurement positioning reinforcements and the connected main reinforcements are coaxially arranged; hoisting the reinforcement cage into the pile hole by the hoisting equipment; a reflecting part is arranged at the top of each measuring and positioning rib, the position coordinates of the reflecting part on each measuring and positioning rib are measured through a total station, the circumcircle center coordinates of three points are calculated through the three-point circle solving theorem, and the actual circle center coordinates of the reinforcement cage are obtained; and whether the deviation between the actual circle center coordinates of the reinforcement cage and the circle center design coordinates of the reinforcement cage is within an allowable error range or not is judged, and if the deviation exceeds the allowable error range, deviation correction is conducted on the reinforcement cage till the deviation is within the allowable error range. The installation accuracy of the underwater reinforcement cage is improved, deviation of pile foundation finished products is reduced, and the construction quality of circular structures such as pile foundations is improved.
