The invention discloses a reinforcing method for shield underneath passing through an underground street crossing channel, and relates to the technical field of underground street crossing channel reinforcing. The reinforcing method aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, when a shield underneath passes through an existing underground street crossing channel, the safety of the existing underground street crossing channel and a shield tunneling machine during working cannot be guaranteed. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps that A, a steel support is erected in the existing channel by adopting a sectional construction method; B, grouting is carried out from the existing street crossing channel to the lower part, and a soil body through whichthe shield is about to pass is pre-reinforced; C, synchronous grouting control of the shield tunneling machine is conducted when the shield tunneling machine passes; and D, after the tail of the shield tunneling machine passes through the channel, grouting reinforcement is conducted again. According to the reinforcing method, by means of steel supporting, pre-reinforcement, synchronous grouting and re-grouting after shield tunneling, an existing underground channel crossed with a shield tunnel is reinforced, the reinforcing effect is good, the safety of the existing underground channel beforeand after shield tunneling is guaranteed, and meanwhile, a safety channel of the shield tunneling machine during shield tunneling is also guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种盾构下穿地下过街通道的加固方法,涉及地下过街通道的加固技术领域,现有技术中盾构下穿既有地下过街通道时,无法保证既有地下过街通道以及盾构机工作时的安全的问题,现提出如下方案,包括以下步骤:A、采用分节施工的方法在既有通道内架设钢支撑;B、从既有过街通道向下部注浆,预加固盾构即将通过的土体;C、盾构机通过时本身的同步注浆控制;D、盾构机尾部通过通道后,再次进行注浆加固。本发明采用钢支撑、预加固、同步注浆和盾构后再次注浆的方式,对与盾构隧道交叉的既有地下通道进行加固,加固效果好,保证了既有地下通道在盾构下穿前后的安全,同时也保证了盾构时盾构机的安全通道。
