The present disclosure provides a sanitary washing device, a nozzle, and an intermittent water flow generation method that alternately eject water at different flow rates. A sanitary washing device according to the present disclosure is provided with a heating device for heating water, and a nozzle for discharging water, the nozzle being provided with: a first cylinder section having a first bottom section having a first inflow hole through which first water is discharged toward the inside; a second tube part disposed so as to surround the outer periphery of the first tube part; a second bottom part for closing one end of the second cylinder part; and a cover portion protruding inward from the other end of the second cylinder portion, the second cylinder portion being provided with a second inflow hole through which second water flows into the second cylinder portion and an air supply hole for supplying air, the cover portion being provided with a water passage having, in the tip portion, a through hole through which the first water ejected from the first inflow hole passes, and a through hole through which the first water ejected from the second inflow hole passes. And the second water filled with the second cylinder part is ejected together with the first water.
