A water hydraulic control system of an underwater docking device comprises an integrated pump station, a walking centering mechanism and a sealing locking mechanism. A main water suction port of the integrated pump station is connected with a P1 port and a P2 port of the walking centering mechanism through a 1P port, an A1 port of the walking centering mechanism is connected with an A11 port, a B1 port of the walking centering mechanism is connected with a B11 port, an A2 port of the walking centering mechanism is connected with an A22 port, and a B2 port of the walking centering mechanism is connected with a B22 port. A standby water suction port of the integrated pump station is connected with a port P3 and a port P4 of the sealing and locking mechanism through a port 2P, a port A3 of the sealing and locking mechanism is connected with a port A33, a port B3 of the sealing and locking mechanism is connected with a port B33, a port A4 of the sealing and locking mechanism is connected with a port A44, and a port B4 of the sealing and locking mechanism is connected with a port B44; the 1P port is connected with the 2P port; a main water return port of the integrated pump station is connected with a port T1 and a port T2 of the walking centering mechanism and a port T3 and a port T4 of the sealing locking mechanism through a port 1T; in application, the walking centering mechanism and the sealing locking mechanism are driven through the integrated pump station, linkage control over the two sides of the walking centering mechanism and the two sides of the sealing locking mechanism is achieved, and centering sealing is completed. Therefore, the construction safety and reliability of the design are high.
