The invention discloses a hydraulic underwater pile clamping device and belongs to the technical field of ocean equipment. The hydraulic underwater pile clamping device comprises a pile clamping device frame ring, an energy accumulator support and a hydraulic cylinder set. The energy accumulator support is arranged on one side of the outer ring of the pile clamping device frame ring and used for supplying oil to the hydraulic cylinder set. The hydraulic cylinder set with at least four hydraulic cylinders is evenly distributed on the outer ring of the pile clamping device frame ring by a circle for clamping an internal steel pile in the circumferential direction. Pressing blocks connected through piston rods in the hydraulic cylinders move left and right under the action of clamping force to perpendicularly act on the surface of the steel pile clamped internally. Compared with the prior art, the hydraulic underwater pile clamping device has the beneficial effects that the hydraulic cylinders adopted in the hydraulic underwater pile clamping device are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction, so that positioning and guiding are accurate; and the synchronous performance of the hydraulic cylinders is good, a lever is not need for increasing clamping force, damage to the steel pile is small, and meanwhile large safe and reliable clamping force is achieved.
