Method for synthesizing aluminum nitride powder through combustion
The invention discloses a method for synthesizing aluminum nitride powder by combustion, which comprises the following steps of: putting reaction raw materials of Al powder or Al powder and AlN powder into combustion synthesis equipment with a stirring structure and a cooling structure, introducing cooling water into the cooling structure to keep the temperature in the combustion synthesis equipment at 2-20 DEG C, starting the stirring structure and keeping high-speed stirring, and cooling the reaction raw materials to obtain the aluminum nitride powder. The method comprises the following steps: fully dispersing reaction raw materials and uniformly dispersing the reaction raw materials in combustion synthesis equipment, then introducing flowing nitrogen, keeping the pressure in the combustion synthesis equipment at 0.1-0.5 Mpa for more than 5 minutes, and electrifying a spiral tungsten filament to induce the reaction raw materials to generate a self-propagating combustion reaction after air in the combustion synthesis equipment is fully replaced by the nitrogen, the aluminum nitride powder is obtained. According to the method, the reaction rate is easy to control, and the prepared aluminum nitride powder is low in sintering degree and easy to crush.
本发明公开了一种燃烧合成氮化铝粉的方法,该方法为,将Al粉或Al粉和AlN粉的反应原料置于带有搅拌结构和冷却结构的燃烧合成设备中,向冷却结构中通入冷却水,使燃烧合成设备中的温度保持在2℃‑20℃,启动搅拌结构并保持高速搅拌,充分打散反应原料并使其均匀分散在燃烧合成设备中,而后通入流动氮气,保持燃烧合成设备中的压力在0.1‑0.5Mpa,保持5分钟以上,待燃烧合成设备中的空气被氮气充分替代后,采用螺旋钨丝通电诱发反应原料发生自蔓延燃烧反应,得到氮化铝粉体。本发明所述方法的反应速率容易控制,制得的氮化铝粉烧结程度低、易破碎。
