The invention provides cold ramming paste for an aluminum electrolysis cell. The cold ramming paste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75-80 parts of aggregate and 20-25 parts of a binder, wherein the aggregate comprises one or more of anthracite, petroleum coke, pitch coke and graphite; the adhesive is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of epoxy resin, 15 to 20 parts of boron-nitrogen doped carbon fiber, 5 to 8 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 4 to 5 parts of silane coupling agent KH550, 8 to 10 parts of silicon dioxide, 4 to 5 parts of modified dicyandiamide MH6199 and 30 to 40 parts of water. The cold ramming paste for the aluminum electrolysis cell, provided by the invention, has the advantages of high volume density, high compressive strength, low resistivity and the like.
