The invention discloses a high-strength concrete which comprises aggregate, an adhesive and an additive material, the aggregate is a mixture of electrically calcined coal and graphite, and the use amount of the aggregate accounts for 80-84% of the mass of the cold ramming paste; the particle sizes of the aggregate include 3-5 mm, 1-3 mm, 0.074-1 mm and less than 0.074 mm, the content of the particle sizes with the particle sizes of 3-5 mm in the aggregate is 17.97-21.50%, and the content of the particle sizes with the particle sizes of 1-3 mm in the aggregate is 29.3-32.44%; the content of the particles with the particle size of 0.074 to 1 mm is 33.53 to 32.44 percent; the adhesive is one or more of spring oil, medium-temperature pitch and modified pitch; the additive material is one or more of resin and coal tar; the total amount of the adhesive and the additive material accounts for 16-20% of the mass of the cold ramming paste; the problem that a conventional cold ramming paste material cannot meet the overall furnace building requirement of the aluminum electrolysis cell is effectively solved.
