Novel construction method of beam-arch combined structure railway bridge crossing existing lines
The invention discloses a novel construction method of a beam-arch combined structure railway bridge spanning an existing line. A main beam is fixedly connected to the top end of a swivel pier, and reinforcing parts are fixedly connected to the two sides of the main beam respectively; the arch bridge comprises two arch ribs which are arranged above the bridge floor in parallel; the mounting assembly is arranged at the top end of the main beam, the mounting assembly comprises two skewbacks oppositely arranged on the two sides of the top end of the main beam, moving parts used for carrying arch ribs into the skewbacks, and two rails from the position outside a bridge head to the skewbacks in the axis direction of the skewbacks, and the two moving parts are connected to each rail in a sliding mode; the four skewbacks located on the two sides of the top end of the bridge floor are in one-to-one correspondence with the four moving parts. According to the method, the construction device is low in cost, the construction mode is simple and convenient, adverse effects of construction loads generated by segmental hoisting of the arch rib on the main beam on the main beam are avoided, and influences on traffic on the existing line are effectively reduced.
本发明公开一种跨越既有线路的梁拱组合结构铁路桥得新型施工方法,主梁固接在转体桥墩顶端,主梁的两侧分别固接有加固件;拱桥,拱桥包括两平行设置在桥面上方的拱肋;安装组件,设置在主梁的顶端,安装组件包括两相对设置在主梁顶端两侧的拱座、用于运载拱肋至拱座内的移动件、两条沿拱座轴线方向从桥头以外位置至拱座的轨道,每一轨道上均滑接有两个移动件,位于桥面顶端两侧的四个拱座与四个移动件一一对应。本发明不仅使施工装置成本低且施工方式简便,避免了拱肋在主梁上分段吊装的施工荷载对主梁产生不利影响,而且有效减少对既有线路上的交通造成影响。
