The invention discloses a vertical crossing construction method for a railway basket arch bridge over-crossing complex underground structure under construction, a to-be-built railway basket arch bridge is obliquely crossed with an underground double-parallel structure, the span of the basket arch bridge crossing the double-parallel structure is greater than 40m, and the width of a narrow space between two structures of a comprehensive pipe gallery and a traffic lane is less than 0.8 m; beam column type support construction is completed at the projection overlapping part of the basket arch bridge and the underground double-parallel structure; double-layer bailey beam trusses are installed in the extending direction of the comprehensive pipe gallery and the driving aisle; and plate buckle type full framing frames are erected in the intervals from the supports at the two ends to the double underground structures correspondingly. The quality strength of the basket arch bridge is guaranteed by adopting the beam column type supports to be matched with the disc buckle type full framing, and large-span large-longitudinal-slope crossing can be conducted; the cast-in-situ bored piles are matched with the steel pipe stand columns to serve as beam column type supports, the double-layer bailey beam truss is supported to achieve the large span, and bailey truss erection under the condition of small vertical clearance is met; the steel pipe stand columns are matched with the resistance columns to increase horizontal stress and improve structural strength.
本发明公开了一种铁路提篮拱桥上跨复杂在建地下结构立体交叉施工方法,拟修建的铁路提篮拱桥与地下双并行结构斜交,提篮拱桥跨越双地下结构的跨度大于40m,综合管廊与行车大道两家结构物中间的狭小空间宽度不足0.8m;在提篮拱桥与地下双并行结构投影重叠部分完成梁柱式支架施工;沿综合管廊与行车大道延伸方向进行双层贝雷梁桁架安装;两端支座至双地下结构区间分别搭设盘扣式满堂支架。通过采用梁柱式支架配合盘扣式满堂支架保证提篮拱桥的质量强度,能进行大跨度大纵坡跨越;通过钻孔灌注桩配合钢管立柱作为梁柱式支架,支撑双层贝雷梁桁架实现大跨度,满足在竖向净空小条件下的贝雷桁架搭设;通过钢管立柱配合抗力柱增加水平受力增加结构强度。
