Protection method of hydraulic grabbing beam power supply cable follow-up protection device
According to the protection method of the hydraulic grabbing beam power supply cable follow-up protection device, a variable frequency motor matched with a speed reducer is included, the speed reducer is connected with a slip ring box and a cable reel, an automatic cable arrangement device is connected with the slip ring box, and the slip ring box and the variable frequency motor are electrically connected with a controller. A controller of the protection device calculates a frequency set value matched with the speed of the hoisting mechanism through a fuzzy algorithm, the frequency set value is given to a variable frequency motor of the protection device, the variable frequency motor drives a speed reducer to drag a cable reel to wind a cable at the rotating speed under the given frequency, and the lifting speed of the cable reel is kept consistent with the lifting speed of the hoisting mechanism within the whole hoisting height range. Even if the coiling diameter is changed and tiny speed difference occurs in the position, the cable keeps a loose state all the time as long as the error generated by the speed difference in the whole lifting height range does not exceed the loose amount due to the fact that the loose amount is reserved when the cable begins to wind, the cable only bears the self-gravity, and no extra tension exists. And the situation that the cable is pulled off asynchronously is effectively avoided.
