The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy river channel desilting, and discloses a cutter suction type river channel desilting ship which comprises a ship body and collecting devices arranged on the two sides of the ship body. The collecting device comprises a supporting plate arranged on the side wall of the ship body, a feeding belt rotationally connected to the supporting plate and a collecting frame arranged on the supporting plate, the feeding belt is obliquely arranged in the direction away from the motion direction of the ship body from bottom to top, and the collecting frame is located at the upper end of the feeding belt. The supporting plate is further provided with a power assembly used for driving the feeding belt to move, so that when the feeding belt drives garbage to obliquely move upwards, the garbage can fall into the collecting frame. According to the dredging device, garbage on the water surface can be collected during dredging.
