The invention discloses an electric shovel electrical room maintenance-free adjusting device which comprises an adjusting unit, a thermal inductance assembly, a triggering assembly connected with the thermal inductance assembly, a containing assembly in sliding connection with the triggering assembly, two sets of adaptive starting and stopping assemblies symmetrically arranged in the containing assembly and two sets of refixing assemblies symmetrically arranged in the containing assembly. The beneficial effects of the invention are that the thermal inductance assembly is arranged in the easy-to-heat-rise area for temperature sensing adjustment, long-time monitoring and manual regulation are not needed, the number of the starting cooling modules can be automatically adjusted through the trigger assembly according to the temperature change, the cooling modules are automatically closed after cooling, and the response is rapid and effective; and through the triggering assembly, secondary fixing can be carried out through the refixing assembly before the circuit is powered on, the situation that due to vibration during work of the electric shovel, the bolt abuts against the circuit unstably is avoided, and the reliability of the device is improved.
