The invention discloses a partitioned vacuum pressure drainage system and method. The system comprises an air power pump station, an air power header pipe, a drainage header pipe, vacuum pressure drainage equipment, a partitioned vacuum collection pipe network, a user sewage collection unit and an intelligent monitoring system. The air power header pipe is connected with an air power pump station, and the air power header pipe is connected with vacuum pressure pumping and discharging equipment; the vacuum pressure pumping and draining equipment is connected with a partitioned vacuum collecting pipe network, and the partitioned vacuum collecting pipe network is connected with a user sewage collecting unit; the main drainage pipe is connected with the vacuum pressure pumping and drainage equipment and the sewage subsequent treatment and drainage facility, and the user sewage collection unit is connected with the user sewage drainage pipe; and the intelligent monitoring system is connected with the aerodynamic pump station, the vacuum pressure pumping and draining equipment and the user sewage collecting unit. The system has the advantages that positive and negative pressure gas is used as a medium, black ash sewage is pumped and discharged in a negative pressure partition collection and positive pressure concentrated discharge mode, and low-cost quality-divided collection and discharge of rural sewage are achieved.
