The appearance of the upper end of the first connecting inner sleeve is of a circular-truncated-cone-shaped structure, the appearance of the lower end of the first connecting inner sleeve is of a cylindrical structure, the shape of the upper end of an inner cavity of the fastening outer sleeve is matched with the circular-truncated-cone-shaped structure of the first connecting inner sleeve, and fastening connecting inner threads are formed in the lower end of an inner hole of the fastening outer sleeve; the screw rod is screwed in the first connecting inner sleeve or the second connecting inner sleeve through threads, the conical head correspondingly faces the second connecting inner sleeve or the first connecting inner sleeve, and the shape of the upper end of an inner hole of the second connecting inner sleeve or the shape of the lower end of an inner hole of the first connecting inner sleeve is matched with the shape of the conical head; and a fastening connection external thread matched with the fastening connection internal thread is formed outside the second connection inner sleeve. The problem that the coaxiality of upper and lower reinforcing steel bars in reinforcing steel bar module construction is poor is effectively solved.
