Large-tonnage truck crane arrangement method based on supporting performance in deep foundation pit
The invention discloses a large-tonnage truck-mounted crane arrangement method based on supporting performance in a deep foundation pit. The arrangement method comprises the four procedures of engineering background analysis, truck-mounted crane load analysis, truck-mounted crane arrangement analysis and vehicle concentrated load arrangement variable parameter analysis. When a large construction vehicle is arranged, the structural performance of an inner support can be fully utilized, one supporting leg of the construction vehicle is located on a supporting stand column, the other supporting leg of the construction vehicle is located on a supporting beam, the weak link of stress of a sealing plate (the position without a beam below the plate) can be avoided, and based on the method, a 220t truck crane can be arranged on the sealing plate with the bearing capacity of 20kPa; due to the fact that the structural performance is fully utilized, the construction cost of the inner support can be effectively saved, and large construction vehicles can enter the field conveniently for operation. Meanwhile, the vehicle arrangement analysis method provided by the invention has a great reference effect on similar engineering construction.
本发明公开了基于深基坑内支撑性能的大吨位汽车吊布置方法,其布置方法包括工程背景分析、汽车吊荷载分析、汽车吊布置分析、车辆集中荷载布置变参数分析四个工序。在布置大型施工车辆时,可充分利用内支撑的结构性能,使施工车辆的一根支腿位于支撑立柱上,另一根支腿位于支撑梁上,该方法可避开封板(板下无梁位置)受力的薄弱环节,基于该方法,可将220t汽车吊布置于20kPa承载力封板上;由于充分利用了结构性能,因此可有效节约内支撑的建造成本,并便于大型施工车辆的进场作业。同时,本文所提出的车辆布置分析方法,对类似工程施工极具参考作用。
