The method comprises the following steps: excavating and supporting a deep foundation pit, and dewatering and draining water; tower crane arrangement is conducted, specifically, tower crane arrangement comprises a first stage, and in the first stage, a tower crane needs to be arranged on a pile top platform of a supporting pile on the edge of the deep foundation pit; a tower crane is used for assisting in construction, and the tower crane is used for engineering construction at the stage; and dismantling the tower crane.
