Method for removing organic matters from ardealite
The invention discloses a method for removing organic matters from ardealite, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: taking ardealite, adding water, uniformly stirring and mixing, standing to layer solid and liquid, and removing black oily matters floating on the surface of water; adding quick lime and hydrogen peroxide into the phosphogypsum solid-liquid mixture, and stirring to react for 3-4 hours; carrying out suction filtration on the reacted solid-liquid mixture, and washing the solid with water until the pH value of the reacted solid-liquid mixture is 7-8; and carrying out suction filtration to obtain a solid matter which is the phosphogypsum without the organic matters. According to the method, organic matters in the phosphogypsum are removed, one part of the added quick lime and hydrogen peroxide react to generate oxygen to float the organic matters, and the other part of the added quick lime oxidizes organic compounds to be in an inorganic state; after the ardealite is treated by the technical scheme, the removal rate of the organic matters in the ardealite is more than 95%, and the mechanical property of the building gypsum prepared from the ardealite without the organic matters can be improved by 10-25%.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏去除有机物的方法,其特征是步骤为:取磷石膏,加入水搅拌混合均匀,静置使固液分层,去除浮在水表面的黑色油状物;在磷石膏固液混合物中加入生石灰和双氧水,搅拌反应3~4小时;将反应后固液混合物抽滤,固体物用水洗涤,洗至反应后固液混合物的pH为7~8;抽滤,得到的固体物即为去除有机物的磷石膏。采用本发明去除磷石膏中的有机物,加入的生石灰和双氧水反应一部分产生氧气使有机物上浮,另外一部分氧化有机化合物为无机态;通过本发明技术方案处理后,磷石膏中的有机物去除率﹥95%,采用本发明获得的去除有机物的磷石膏制备的建筑石膏的力学性能可提高10%~25%。
