Method for efficiently removing harmful impurities in ardealite
The invention relates to a solid waste recycling technology, and aims to provide a method for efficiently removing harmful impurities in ardealite. The method comprises the following steps: adding tert-amyl alcohol into a phosphogypsum suspension under a stirring condition to obtain a mixed solution; mixing an acidic solution containing acetic acid and 2-ethyl-2, 5-dimethylhexanoic acid with the mixed solution, carrying out ball milling treatment, and sieving to obtain powdery paste; dispersing the mixture in an oxalic acid solution to obtain a pasty fluid suspension; sieving to obtain powdery paste, washing, and dispersing in deionized water to obtain paste suspension; and granulating in a spraying manner to obtain a gypsum powder product. The reaction process is carried out at normal temperature, the used raw materials and reagents are nontoxic and harmless, and the preparation process is green and low in energy consumption; the gypsum product is high-purity gypsum, the purity can reach 99.99%, the gypsum product can be used as a high-performance gypsum raw material, and the application in the field of materials is expanded; the preparation process is simple, energy consumption is low, and large-scale industrial application is facilitated.
本发明涉及固体废弃物再利用技术,旨在提供一种高效去除磷石膏中有害杂质的方法。该方法包括:在搅拌条件下,向磷石膏悬浮液中加入叔戊醇,得到混合液;将含有乙酸和2‑乙基‑2,5‑二甲基己酸的酸性液与混合液混合进行球磨处理,过筛得到粉状膏体;将其分散在乙二酸溶液中,获得膏体悬浮液;过筛后得到粉状膏体,经洗涤后分散于去离子水中,得到膏体悬浮液;以喷雾方式造粒,获得石膏粉体产品。本发明反应过程均在常温下进行,所用原材料和试剂无毒无害,制备过程绿色低能耗;石膏产品为高纯石膏,纯度可达99.99%,可作为高性能石膏原料使用,拓展了在材料领域的应用;制备过程简单、能耗低,有利于大规模产业化应用。
