The invention relates to an acid-activated magnesium-rich nickel slag geopolymer fire-resistant cementing material and a preparation method thereof.The fire-resistant cementing material comprises a solid raw material and a liquid raw material, the solid raw material comprises magnesium-rich nickel slag and a dihydrogen phosphate hydrochloric acid excitant, the phosphorus-aluminum molar ratio of the solid raw material is (0.2-1.5): 1, and the liquid raw material comprises water; the mass ratio of the liquid raw material to the solid raw material is (0.2-0.4): 1; the method comprises the steps of preparing slurry, preparing neat slurry and forming and curing, and specifically comprises the following steps: mechanically mixing solid raw materials magnesium-rich nickel slag and dihydric phosphate to obtain the slurry; adding a liquid raw material into the slurry, and mixing to obtain neat slurry; and pouring the neat paste into a mold for molding, and then curing to obtain the geopolymer fire-resistant cementing material. Compared with the prior art, the fire-resistant cementing material is prepared from the acid-activated solid waste, the process is simple, green and energy-saving, the cost is low, and the fire-resistant cementing material can be used as a fire-resistant prefabricated part with certain compressive strength.
本发明涉及一种酸激发富镁镍渣地质聚合物耐火胶凝材料及制备方法,该耐火胶凝材料包括固体原料和液体原料,所述的固体原料包括富镁镍渣和磷酸二氢盐酸性激发剂,所述的固体原料磷铝摩尔比为(0.2‑1.5):1,所述的液体原料包括水,所述的液体原料与固体原料质量比为(0.2‑0.4):1;该方法包括制备浆料、制备净浆和成型养护,具体为:将固体原料富镁镍渣和磷酸二氢盐机械混合,得到浆料;浆料中加入液体原料混合,得到净浆;将净浆浇注于模具中成型,随后进行养护,得到地质聚合物耐火胶凝材料。与现有技术相比,本发明利用酸激发固体废弃物制备耐火胶凝材料,工艺简单、绿色节能、成本低廉,可用作一定抗压强度的耐火预制件。
