According to the assembling method of the steel tower sections, the steel tower sections needing to be independently manufactured are divided into the middle anchor chamber modules, the side box chamber modules and the side anchor chamber modules, the middle anchor chamber modules, the side box chamber modules and the side anchor chamber modules can be manufactured at the same time, the manufacturing time of the independently manufactured steel tower sections is effectively shortened, and the manufacturing efficiency of the steel tower sections is effectively improved; meanwhile, in the assembling process, the side anchor chamber modules are installed with the middle anchor chamber module as the benchmark, the side box chamber modules are installed with the middle anchor chamber module and the side anchor chamber modules as the benchmark, primary assembling of the steel tower sections can be completed, and the assembling precision of the steel tower sections is reliable through sequential assembling in the same direction; and finally, the middle anchor chamber module, the side anchor chamber module and the side box chamber module are sequentially welded and fixed, the steel tower section which is high in manufacturing precision and capable of meeting the overall construction and installation precision of the steel tower is obtained, and the overall construction quality of a bridge and the use stability after work delivery are guaranteed.
