Bridge for fish-bellied sill
The fish-belly sill comprises an upper chord beam enclosing purlin, a straight web member is arranged on the upper chord beam enclosing purlin and extends to the inner side of a foundation pit, the bridge is arranged at the top of the straight web member, a steel strand penetrates through the bridge, and the two ends of the steel strand are connected with the two ends of an upper chord beam. The lower chord steel strands, the straight web members and the upper chord beam enclosing purlins form a truss structure; a plurality of holes for the steel strands to penetrate through are formed in the bridge frame, and each steel strand penetrates through one hole. The bridge frame is formed by welding the porous cast iron blocks and the reinforced profile steel and then connected with the straight web members through the high-strength bolts, and the steel strands penetrate through the porous cast iron blocks and are not extruded mutually, so that the prestress loss during tensioning of the steel strands is reduced.
本发明公开了一种鱼腹梁用桥架,鱼腹梁包括一上弦梁围檩,上弦梁围檩上设置有直腹杆,直腹杆伸向基坑内侧,直腹杆顶部设置有桥架,钢绞线从桥架内穿过,钢绞线的两端与上弦梁的两端连接,下弦钢绞线、直腹杆与上弦梁围檩形成一个桁架结构;所述桥架内设置有钢绞线穿过的孔,所述孔为多个,每根钢绞线穿过一个孔。桥架由多孔的铸铁块和加强型钢焊接而成,然后通过高强螺栓与直腹杆连接,钢绞线从多孔的铸铁块中穿过,互相不被挤压,减少钢绞线张拉时的预应力损失。
