Prestressed fish-bellied sill locking structure and construction method
The invention discloses a prestressed fish-belly sill locking structure and a construction method. A corresponding fish-belly sill is arranged on a crown beam on each side; the locking structure is divided into an anchoring structure and a steel strand bundle, the anchoring structure is arranged at the joint of the end parts of the top beams on the two adjacent sides, and anchoring points of the two steel strand bundles are arranged in one anchoring structure; a plurality of bridge frames used for allowing the steel strand bundles to penetrate through are arranged at the top of the fish-bellied beam, the middle of each steel strand bundle penetrates through all the bridge frames on the corresponding fish-bellied beam, and the two ends of each steel strand bundle are anchored to anchoring points of the anchoring structures on the two sides of the top beam on the corresponding side respectively; and the bridge frame through which the same steel strand bundle passes and the anchoring points on the two sides are positioned on the same plane. Tensioning of the steel strands is completed through the reserved steel strand holes, the fish-belly sill and the top beam are used as a whole, the purpose of enhancing the shear resistance and tension resistance of the locking structure is achieved, and lateral deformation is resisted. In addition, the load directly acts on the top beam through the steel strand, a stable stress body is formed, and construction of the large-span prestress fish-belly sill is facilitated.
本发明公开了预应力鱼腹梁锁定结构及施工方法,在每侧冠梁上设有一个对应的鱼腹梁;锁定结构分为锚固结构和钢绞线束,锚固结构设在相邻两侧冠梁端部的连接处,在一个锚固结构内设置两个钢绞线束的锚固点;在鱼腹梁上顶部设有多个用于穿过钢绞线束的桥架,单个钢绞线束的中部穿过对应鱼腹梁上所有桥架,且两端分别锚固在对应侧冠梁的两侧锚固结构的锚固点上;同一个钢绞线束穿过的桥架、及两侧的锚固点位于同一个平面上。利用预留的钢绞线孔完成钢绞线的张拉,实现将鱼腹梁和冠梁作为一个整体,起到增强锁定结构抗剪抗拉能力的目的,抵抗侧向变形。另外,将荷载通过钢绞线直接作用在冠梁上,形成稳定的受力体,有利于大跨径预应力鱼腹梁施工。
