The invention relates to a basalt fiber anchor cable miniature slide-resistant pile with prestress and a construction method. The basalt fiber anchor cable miniature slide-resistant pile comprises a grouting pipe, an exhaust pipe and an anchor disc, a hole sealing assembly is arranged below the anchor disc, the grouting pipe penetrates through the hole sealing assembly, a plurality of anchor cables made of basalt fiber materials are installed on the anchor disc, one end of each anchor cable is connected with the anchor disc, and the other end of each anchor cable is connected with the exhaust pipe. Each anchor cable is sleeved with a sleeve penetrating through the hole sealing assembly, gaps exist between the sleeves and the anchor cables, the gaps are filled with lubricating oil, and the ends, away from the anchor disc, of the sleeves penetrate through the hole sealing assembly and then are jointly sleeved with a bearing plate; one end, far away from the anchor disc, of the anchor cable is located outside the sleeve, the end of the anchor cable is sleeved with a positioning anchor pipe, the positioning anchor pipe and the anchor cable are connected through an adhesive, and the positioning anchor pipe abuts against the bearing plate. Prestress can be applied to the anti-slide pile, so that the anti-slide pile is always in a pressed state and is not prone to cracking, and therefore when the micro anti-slide pile is used for a long time, the anti-slide pile is not prone to cracking; and the bearing performance of the miniature anti-slide pile can be ensured.
本发明涉及一种具有预应力的玄武岩纤维锚索微型抗滑桩及施工方法,包括注浆管、排气管与锚盘,锚盘下方设置有封孔组件,注浆管贯穿封孔组件,锚盘上安装有多根由玄武岩纤维材质制成的锚索,锚索的其中一端与锚盘相连接,且锚索上均套设有贯穿封孔组件的套管,套管与锚索之间均存在间隙,且间隙内均填充有润滑油,套管远离锚盘的一端贯穿封孔组件后共同套设有承载板;锚索远离锚盘的一端位于套管外,且锚索该端均套设有定位锚管,定位锚管与锚索之间通过黏胶剂相连接,且定位锚管与承载板相抵接,本发明可对抗滑桩施加预应力,使抗滑桩始终处于受压状态不易开裂,从而在长时间使用微型抗滑桩时,能够保证微型抗滑桩的承载性能。
