Prestress manual anchor cable construction method of manual hole digging pile
The invention discloses a prestressed manual anchor cable construction method for a manual hole digging pile. The method comprises the following steps: excavating a first-stage hole, supporting a wall template, arranging reinforcing steel bars, pouring concrete, and forming a protection wall after curing is completed; a grouting hole is drilled at the set height of the retaining wall, an anchor cable is placed in the hole, and grouting is conducted; after maintenance is completed, a small prestress is applied to the anchor cable to resist the effect of later tension, a pull rod reserved section is arranged outside an anchoring head of the anchor cable, and the anchor head is anchored to the retaining wall; and the steps are repeated until the designed depth is reached, a multi-layer pre-stressed anchor cable is formed, a reinforcement cage is lowered, the pull rod reserved section is welded to a main reinforcement of the reinforcement cage, pile body concrete pouring and curing are conducted, and a pile body is formed. The pre-stressed anchor cables are welded to the main reinforcements of the reinforcement cage, the internal stress condition of the main reinforcements is improved, and therefore the durability of the pile body is improved, materials can be greatly saved, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明公开了人工挖孔桩的预应力人工锚索施工方法,开挖一级孔,支护壁模板并配钢筋,浇注混凝土,待养护完成后形成护壁;在护壁的设定高度处钻注浆孔,并在孔中下锚索、注浆;待养护完成后,对锚索施加一个较小的预应力用于抵抗后期拉力的作用,在锚索的锚固头外设置拉杆预留段,将锚头锚固在护壁上;重复上述步骤,直到达到设计深度,形成多层预应力锚索,下放钢筋笼,将拉杆预留段与钢筋笼的主筋焊接,进行桩身混凝土的浇注,养护形成桩身。本发明将预应力锚索焊接在钢筋笼的主筋上,改善其内部的受力情况,从而使得桩体的耐久性得到提升,且可以大幅度节省材料,节省施工的成本。
