The invention relates to the technical field of building installation engineering, in particular to a pipe gallery installation vehicle. Comprising a lifting mechanism arranged on a mounting vehicle; the lifting mechanism is mounted on the mounting vehicle through two groups of direction adjusting mechanisms which are perpendicular to each other; the control system is used for controlling the adjustment of the two groups of direction adjusting mechanisms of the lifting mechanism; the two sets of direction adjusting mechanisms comprise first sliding rails arranged on the installation vehicle edge and parallel to the first adjusting direction and first adjusting tables arranged on the first sliding rails. A first motor for driving the first adjusting table to slide along the first sliding rail is arranged on one side of the first sliding rail on the mounting vehicle; the first motor is connected with the first adjusting table through a first lead screw mechanism; a second sliding rail is arranged on the first adjusting table in the second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a second adjusting table is arranged on the second sliding rail.
