The positive pressure auxiliary protection area comprises a protection corridor, a male auxiliary area, a female auxiliary area, a first cleaning preparation room, an animal anterior chamber and a second cleaning preparation room; the BSL-4 core laboratory and the ABSL-4 core laboratory are adjacently arranged and are communicated with each other through the buffer room, the protection corridor is arranged around the BSL-4 core laboratory and the ABSL-4 core laboratory, and the male auxiliary area and the female auxiliary area are communicated with the BSL-4 core laboratory and the ABSL-4 core laboratory through the protection corridor; the first cleaning preparation room is matched with the BSL-4 core laboratory, and the animal front room and the second cleaning preparation room are matched with the ABSL-4 core laboratory; and harmful biological factors in the laboratory can be effectively prevented from escaping out of the laboratory.
