The invention relates to a rotary damper which comprises a shell and a rotor, a plurality of liquid backflow grooves are formed between the shell and the rotor, and gaps L communicating with the liquid backflow grooves are formed between the shell and the rotor. The rotor and the shell form a sealed space through a sealing structure, damping liquid is contained in the sealed space, the rotor or the shell of the damper rotates in the fixed direction, the damping liquid flows in one direction of the liquid backflow groove through the gap L under the mechanical extrusion effect, and when the damping liquid reaches the position of the backflow groove in the flowing process, part of the liquid flows in the reverse direction to form backflow. Meanwhile, counter-acting force is formed on the forward flowing liquid, the flowing speed of the forward flowing damping liquid is slowed down, resistance for blocking rotation of the rotor or the shell is generated, and the damping buffering effect of the rotary damper is achieved. The size, the shape and the number of the liquid backflow grooves determine the damping force of the rotary damper, the structure is easy to manufacture, the cost is low, the effect is stable, and the defects that an existing damper is high in manufacturing precision requirement, high in cost and unstable in effect are overcome.
本发明涉及一种旋转阻尼器,包括外壳、转子,外壳与转子之间设有若干个液体回流槽,外壳与转子之间设有连通液体回流槽的间隙L;转子与外壳通过密封结构形成密封空间,密封空间内有阻尼液,阻尼器的转子或外壳朝固定方向旋转,阻尼液在机械挤压作用下通过间隙L沿液体回流槽的一方向流动,阻尼液流动过程中到达回流槽位置时,部分液体反向流动,形成回流,同时对正向流动液体形成反作用力,减缓正向流动阻尼液的流动速度,以产生阻挡转子或外壳转动的阻力,实现旋转阻尼器的阻尼缓冲效果。液体回流槽的大小形状、数量决定旋转阻尼器阻尼力的大小,此结构制作简单,成本低廉,效果稳定,解决现有阻尼器制作精度要求、成本高,效果不稳定的缺陷。
