The invention provides a rotary damper which comprises two first rotating pieces, a second rotating piece, two energy consumption pieces and a pin shaft, and a plurality of limiting spline protrusions are distributed on the pin shaft in the circumferential direction at intervals; the two first rotating pieces are oppositely arranged, first through holes allowing the two ends of the pin shaft to correspondingly penetrate through are formed in the two first rotating pieces correspondingly, the first rotating pieces are in spline fit with outer rings of the energy consumption pieces correspondingly, and the energy consumption pieces are arranged on the pin shaft in a sleeving mode and are in spline fit with the pin shaft; the second rotating piece is arranged between the two first rotating pieces, and the second rotating piece is arranged on the pin shaft in a sleeving mode and is in spline fit with the pin shaft. According to the rotary damper provided by the invention, when the first rotating part and the second rotating part coaxially rotate in opposite directions, the inner ring and the outer ring of the energy consumption part can coaxially rotate in opposite directions under the matching action of the splines, so that the energy consumption part is deformed and yielded, and a good energy consumption effect is achieved.
本发明提供了一种转动型阻尼器,包括两个第一转动件、一个第二转动件、两个耗能件以及一个销轴,在销轴上沿周向间隔的分布有多个限位花键凸起;两个第一转动件相对设置,两个第一转动件上分别设有供销轴的两端对应穿过的第一通孔,各第一转动件分别与各耗能件的外圈对应花键配合,各耗能件分别套设在销轴上且与销轴花键配合;第二转动件设置于两个第一转动件之间,第二转动件套设在销轴上且与销轴花键配合。本发明提供的转动型阻尼器,当第一转动件与第二转动件发生同轴心相对方向转动时,耗能件的内圈以及外圈在花键配合作用下会发生同轴心相对转动,导致耗能件发生变形屈服,从而达到良好的耗能效果。
