The invention relates to a self-oil-injection fastener sleeve and a using method thereof.The self-oil-injection fastener sleeve comprises a main sleeve and an auxiliary pipe which are connected into a whole structure, the main sleeve is used for installing an anchor bolt, the auxiliary pipe is arranged on one side of the main sleeve, inner cavities of the auxiliary pipe and the main sleeve are communicated, and lubricating oil can be poured into the auxiliary pipe; a round ball is arranged at the opening position of the side, adjacent to the main sleeve, of the auxiliary pipe, rolling fit is formed between the round ball and the auxiliary pipe, and the round ball can make contact with the anchor bolt installed in the main sleeve. The automatic oil injection device has the advantages that automatic oil injection is achieved, that is, oil injection is achieved under the action of tiny relative displacement between an anchor bolt and a stainless steel ball of a sleeve when a train passes through a fastener, and the anchor bolt does not need to be manually unscrewed for oil injection; meanwhile, slow automatic oil injection is achieved, and long-term use is facilitated; the main body structure is manufactured in a factory, on-site construction is convenient, the main body structure of the sleeve is not affected, and the device can be popularized and applied to fastener sleeves of various models.
