SLEEVE FASTENER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve fastener capable of fixing and supporting a sleeve on a reinforcing bar at an appropriate position reliably and readily, the sleeve fastener being suitable regardless of whether the fixed location of the sleeve is a straight pipe part or a bent pipe part.SOLUTION: A sleeve fastener includes a sleeve support part 2 formed by a rod-like wire member, and a reinforcing bar hooking part 3 formed on both sides at a top edge of the sleeve support part 2. The sleeve support part 2 is of an almost right octagonal shape, formed by bending the singular rod-like wire member eight times at an almost constant interval, the octagonal shape being formed by a total of eight sides including a first side 21 having a portion on a closer side of a first bent part and a portion on a further side of an eighth bent part overlapped for a same length as the constant interval, and seven sides continuing with the first side. The reinforcing bar hooking part 3 includes a crank part 31 at each of two locations on right and left of the overlapped first side 21, the right and left crank parts 31 being mounted on a top surface of a horizontal reinforcing bar and being engageable to an inner side of two rising reinforcing bars. Furthermore, both edge parts of the reinforcing bar hooking part 3 may be bridged over a top surface of two vertical reinforcing bars.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スリーブを鉄筋の適切な位置に確実且つ容易に固定支持させることができると共に、スリーブの固定支持箇所が直管部分と曲管部分のいずれの部分であっても対応可能なスリーブ固定具を提供する。【解決手段】棒状針金部材から形成されたスリーブ支持部2と、スリーブ支持部2の上端左右両側に形成された鉄筋掛止部3と、を有し、スリーブ支持部2が1本構成の棒状針金部材を略一定間隔毎に8回折曲加工されて、1つ目の折曲部分の手前側部分と8つ目の折曲部分の向こう側部分とが一定間隔と同じ長さ分だけ重合した1辺21と、該1辺に連設する7辺の計8辺から成る略正8角形構成であり、鉄筋掛止部3が重合した1辺21の左右の各々に2箇所で屈曲するクランク部31を各々有し、左右のクランク部31が横鉄筋の上面に載置されると共に、2本の立ち上がり鉄筋の内側に係合可能であり、鉄筋掛止部3の両端部が2本の縦鉄筋の上面に架橋可能な構成とする。【選択図】図1
