Method for preparing composite electroceramics from waste electroceramics
A method for manufacturing a composite electroceramic includes obtaining recycled capacitors, coils, resistors, conductors, circuit boards and/or other recycled electronic components. These components can be ground into particles having a particle size of 2 mm or less and mixed with NaCl powder or Li2MoO4 or other water-soluble ceramic powder having a particle size of 5-200 [mu] m in the following proportions: 10-40 vol% of optionally ground components and 60-90 vol% of NaCl powder or Li2MoO4 or other ceramic powder. And mixing the obtained solid mixture with NaCl, Li2MoO4 or an aqueous solution of other ceramics according to the following proportion: 70-90 wt% of the solid mixture and 10-30 wt% of the aqueous solution. And compressing the obtained homogeneous substance in a mold for 2-10 minutes at room temperature under the pressure of 100-400 MPa. And removing the compressed substance from the mold, thereby obtaining the electroceramic composite material.
