Lime production process capable of recycling CO2
A lime production process capable of recycling CO2 comprises the following steps: 1) preheating a limestone material, continuously heating in a calcining process to complete calcining decomposition, generating CaO and releasing CO2 gas, and cooling the high-temperature CaO to obtain a finished product lime; (2) the temperature of the CO2 cooling gas is increased after the CO2 cooling gas is subjected to the cooling process, the high-temperature CO2 gas discharged in the cooling process and the high-temperature CO2 gas generated in the calcining process are mixed and then fed into the preheating process, and after preheating, the temperature of the high-temperature flue gas is reduced to form low-temperature hot air to be discharged; and (3) low-temperature hot air discharged from the preheating procedure is shunted, one part serves as carrier gas for fuel conveying, the other part is recycled after O2 is preheated, and the other part is mixed with the preheated O2 to form combustion-supporting air. According to the invention, air combustion-supporting air commonly used in the calcining process is changed into oxygen-enriched combustion-supporting air of O2-CO2 mixed gas, so that dilution of CO2 by impurity components such as N2 is avoided, the concentration of tail gas CO2 in the lime production process is greatly improved, and high-purity CO2 gas can be obtained while lime is produced.
一种CO2回收利用的石灰生产工艺,包括:1)石灰石物料经过预热升温后进入煅烧工序继续升温完成煅烧分解,生成CaO并释放CO2气体,高温CaO经过冷却得到成品石灰;2)CO2冷却气体经过冷却工序后温度升高,冷却工序排出的高温CO2气体与煅烧工序产生的高温CO2气体混合后送入预热工序,预热后高温烟气温度降低形成低温热风排出;3)从预热工序排出的低温热风进行分流,一部分作为燃料输送的载气,一部分用于O2预热后回收利用,一部分与预热后的O2混合形成助燃风。本发明将煅烧工序中常用的空气助燃风改为O2‑CO2混合气的富氧助燃风,避免了N2等杂质成分对CO2的稀释,大幅度提高石灰生产过程尾气CO2浓度,即在生产石灰的同时,能够获得高纯度CO2气体。
