The invention discloses a high-quality lime production device capable of completely recovering CO2. The device comprises a lime kiln, the lime kiln comprises a preheating chamber, a calcining chamber and a cooling chamber which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the preheating chamber and the cooling chamber are arranged on the vertical axis of the lime kiln, a central air duct is arranged between the preheating chamber and the cooling chamber, and the calcining chamber is arranged around the central air duct; a feed opening of the preheating chamber is connected with the calcining chamber, and a feed opening of the calcining chamber is connected with the cooling chamber; a feeding hole and a waste gas outlet are formed in the preheating chamber; a discharge port and a cooling air inlet are formed in the cooling chamber; a flue gas inlet and a flue gas outlet are formed in the calcining chamber. The preheating chamber and the cooling chamber are arranged on the same axis, and the calcining chamber is arranged around the central air duct between the preheating chamber and the cooling chamber, so that preheating-cooling air flow is separated from CO2 gas generated in the calcining process, dilution of CO2 by impurity components such as O2 and N2 in cooling air is avoided, and high-purity CO2 gas is obtained while lime is produced.
