Mechanical grinding activated waste glass powder as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses mechanically ground and activated waste glass powder which is prepared by mixing 103-167 parts by weight of glass powder, 1.2-5.6 parts by weight of calcium carbonate and 8.3-26.8 parts by weight of calcium oxide, mechanically grinding and activating. According to the invention, a mechanical activation method and a chemical activation method are combined, so that the activated glass powder can replace part of PO42.5 cement, and the problem of insufficient early activity of a waste glass powder-cement system can be effectively improved; meanwhile, a new way is provided for recycling of the waste glass products, a traditional burying treatment mode is abandoned, and the waste glass is used in the cement concrete in a large scale, so that the environmental protection risk caused by landfill is reduced, and good economic benefits can be brought to the cement concrete industry; in addition, a glass powder activation method is combined in a conventional auxiliary cementing material pretreatment process, additional complex operation steps such as solution preparation and hydro-thermal treatment are not needed, raw materials are wide in source and easy to popularize, and large-scale industrial application can be effectively carried out.
本发明公开了一种机械研磨活化废弃玻璃粉,通过将103~167重量份玻璃粉、1.2~5.6重量份碳酸钙、8.3~26.8重量份氧化钙混合,机械研磨活化制备而来;本发明将机械活化和化学活化的方法结合,使活化后玻璃粉可以取代部分PO42.5水泥,且能够有效改善废弃玻璃粉‑水泥体系早期活性不足问题;同时为废弃玻璃制品的回收再利用提供了新途径,摒弃传统的掩埋处理方式,将废弃玻璃大批量的用于水泥混凝土中,不仅减少了填埋造成的环保风险,还能为水泥混凝土行业带来良好的经济效益;另外将玻璃粉活化方法结合在常规的辅助胶凝材料预处理过程中,无需额外的配制溶液、水热处理等复杂操作步骤,原料来源广、易于推广,能有效的进行大规模产业化应用。
