The invention discloses a novel foaming agent, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 56-63% of a gas-forming component A, 25-32% of a gas-forming component B, 1.5-2.5% of afoam stabilizing component C and 8-10% of a foam stabilizing component D. The gas-forming component A is a polyether surfactant; the gas-forming component B is a light yellow aqueous solution of a monoester sodium salt surfactant and a diester sodium salt surfactant; the foam stabilizing component C is polyether phosphate; and the foam stabilizing component D is a modified protein surfactant. Therecommended foaming dilution ratio is 80-160 times; according to the recommended foaming times, after the foaming agent is uniformly mixed with deionized water, uniform and fine bubbles are generatedthrough foaming equipment, the bubbles are fine, smooth, uniform, rich in elasticity and viscosity and high in stability, the foaming rate of the foaming agent is high, the use of H2O2, rosin air entraining agents and the like in the industry is reduced, the used raw materials are easy to obtain, and the production process is simple.
本发明公开了一种新型发泡剂,各组分按重量百分比包括:发气组分A:56‑63%、发气组分B:25‑32%、稳泡组分C:1.5‑2.5%、稳泡组分D:8‑10%,所述发气组分A为一种聚醚类表面活性剂;所述发气组分B为一种单酯钠盐和双酯钠盐类表面活性剂的微黄色水溶液;所述稳泡组分C为一种聚醚磷酸盐;所述稳泡组分D为一种改性蛋白类表面活性剂。本发明,推荐发泡稀释倍数为80倍‑160倍,按照推荐发泡倍数,与去离子水混合均匀后,通过发泡设备产生均匀细小的气泡,气泡细腻、均匀、富有弹性与黏性,稳定性高,且发泡剂的发泡率高,减少HO、松香类引气剂等在本行业的使用,所用原料容易获得,生产工艺简单。
