Bridgehead road structure and method for early warning and repairing bumping at bridgehead of road structure
The bridgehead road structure comprises a roadbed and light foam soil in lap joint with the roadbed, an abutment cap is arranged at the top of the light foam soil, a main beam is arranged in front of the abutment cap, a bridge abutment pile foundation is arranged below the abutment cap, and the bottom of the bridge abutment pile foundation is located in a natural foundation. The upper part of the natural foundation is within a dynamic compaction foundation influence range, a geomembrane, a bamboo rib plate-shaped structure, graded sand, a lean concrete plate, a butt strap and an asphalt pavement are sequentially arranged at the top of the light foam soil behind the abutment cap, and a low-dosage water-stable layer, a water-stable layer and an asphalt pavement are sequentially arranged at the top of the roadbed. The geomembrane, the bamboo rib plate-shaped structure, the graded sand, the lean concrete plate and the concrete plate form a closed structural body, bridgehead bumping early warning can be carried out through a gas injection test, and bridgehead bumping repairing can be carried out through grouting. The road structure is in rigid-flexible transition, simple in structure and capable of delaying differential settlement of the bridgehead, predicting bumping time of the bridgehead and rapidly repairing bumping of the bridgehead under the condition that traffic is not blocked.
本发明公开了一种桥头道路结构及预警、修复该道路结构桥头跳车方法,包括路基和与路基搭接的轻质泡沫土,轻质泡沫土顶部设有台帽,台帽台前设有主梁,台帽下方设有桥台桩基,桥台桩基底部位于天然地基中,天然地基上部为强夯地基影响范围,台帽台后轻质泡沫土顶部依次设有土工膜、竹筋板状结构、级配砂、贫混凝土板、搭板、沥青路面,路基顶部依次设有低剂量水稳层、水稳层、沥青路面。土工膜、竹筋板状结构、级配砂、贫混凝土板、混凝土板组成封闭结构体,可通过注气试验进行桥头跳车预警,还可通过注浆进行桥头跳车修复。该道路结构刚柔过渡、构造简单、能延缓桥头差异沉降发生、预测桥头跳车产生时间、在不阻断交通的情况下快速修复桥头跳车。
