Ribbed bag type grouting structure for repairing bumping at bridgehead
The reinforced bag type grouting structure comprises multiple layers of reinforced bag sets and a grouting pipeline, the multiple layers of reinforced bag sets are all buried in a roadbed of a bridgehead bumping area, every two adjacent layers of reinforced bag sets are spaced in the height direction, each layer of reinforced bag set comprises a plurality of bags which are horizontally arranged, and the grouting pipeline is arranged between the multiple layers of reinforced bag sets and the multiple layers of reinforced bag sets. And the grouting pipeline is selectively communicated with each bag, so that grout is injected into the corresponding bag through the grouting pipeline. Therefore, the multiple layers of reinforced bag groups are pre-buried in the roadbed of the bridge-head bumping area, when roadbed settlement occurs in the bridge-head bumping area, grout is injected into the corresponding bags of the reinforced bag groups through the grouting pipelines so as to fill and repair the roadbed on the premise that an original pavement is not damaged, and the repair difficulty and cost can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种用于修复桥头跳车的加筋囊式注浆结构,包括:多层加筋囊袋组和注浆管道,多层加筋囊袋组均埋置于桥头跳车区域的路基内,且相邻两层加筋囊袋组沿高度方向间隔开,每层加筋囊袋组包括多个水平设置的囊袋,注浆管道与每个囊袋均选择性地连通,以通过注浆管道向相应囊袋内注入浆液。由此,通过在桥头跳车区域的路基内预先埋置多层加筋囊袋组,当桥头跳车区域出现路基沉降时,通过注浆管道向加筋囊袋组相应的囊袋内注入浆液以实现在不破坏原有路面的前提下对路基进行填充修复,有利于减少修复难度和成本。
