Transverse moving cable saddle capable of automatically adjusting pulley angle
The transverse moving cable saddle capable of automatically adjusting the pulley angle comprises a cross beam, cable saddle bodies, swing grooves, rolling shafts and pulleys, the pair of cable saddle bodies are symmetrically installed on the two side edges of the top of the cross beam in a sliding mode respectively, the multiple swing grooves are rotationally connected between the opposite faces of the pair of cable saddle bodies, and the multiple pulleys are installed at the tops of the swing grooves through the corresponding rolling shafts. A plurality of adjusting assemblies are arranged between the cross beam and the cable saddle, the swing grooves are driven by the corresponding adjusting assemblies to rotate so as to achieve angle adjustment, and a steel wire rope for the cable crane crosses over a pulley on the cable saddle. The angle of the pulley is changed when the cable saddle transversely moves, the pulley changes the corresponding angle no matter whether the cable saddle transversely moves leftwards or rightwards, the resultant force of the steel wire rope still passes through the center of the pulley, then the steel wire rope cannot be disengaged from the pulley, construction safety is guaranteed, the angle of the pulley is controlled to automatically change along with the transverse moving distance, and the construction safety is improved. And manual operation is not needed.
本发明是一种可自行调节滑轮角度的横移索鞍,包括横梁、索鞍、摆动槽、滚轴、滑轮,一对索鞍分别对称滑动安装在横梁的顶部两侧边,若干摆动槽转动连接在一对索鞍相对面之间,若干滑轮通过对应的滚轴安装在摆动槽顶部,横梁和索鞍之间设有若干组调节组件,且摆动槽通过对应的调节组件驱动转动进而实现角度调节,缆索吊用的钢丝绳跨过索鞍上的滑轮。本发明使得索鞍横移时滑轮角度随之改变,不论索鞍向左还是向右横移,滑轮均改变对应的角度,使钢丝绳的合力仍通过滑轮中心,进而使钢丝绳不会脱出滑轮,保证了施工安全性,且本发明的滑轮角度控制随横移距离而自动改变,无需人为操作。
