The invention relates to an erecting and transporting integrated double-layer beam transporting vehicle and a construction method thereof.The lower portions of the front end and the rear end of a bottom layer supporting body are each provided with an advancing wheel body, at least one auxiliary supporting wheel body is installed below the portion, between the advancing wheel bodies, of the bottom layer supporting body, and a middle supporting platform is movably installed on the top face of the bottom layer supporting body; a top layer erecting and transporting supporting device is fixedly mounted on the middle supporting platform; the double-layer structure of the bottom-layer supporting body and the middle supporting platform is used for achieving girder transporting operation integrating erecting and transporting, in the running process of the bottom-layer supporting body, when the front end of the bottom-layer supporting body encounters a road surface groove, the advancing wheel bodies and the auxiliary supporting wheel bodies arranged on the rear portion are used for being matched with each other, and therefore the traveling wheel bodies and the auxiliary supporting wheel bodies can be supported. And meanwhile, the self-weight of the middle supporting platform at the rear part of the bottom-layer supporting body and the gravity action of the upper consignment component are utilized, so that the leap-type advancing operation of the groove at the front end of the bottom-layer supporting body is realized.
本发明涉及一种架运一体双层运梁车及其施工方法,底层支撑体的前后两端的下方均安装有行进轮体,在行进轮体之间的底层支撑体下方至少安装有一个辅助支撑轮体,在底层支撑体的顶面活动安装有中部支撑平台,中部支撑平台上固定安装有顶层架运支撑装置;利用底层支撑体以及中部支撑平台的双层结构,实现架运一体的运梁作业,行进轮体以及辅助支撑轮体在底层支撑体运行过程中,当底层支撑体前端遇到路面沟槽时,利用后部设置的行进轮体与辅助支撑轮体的配合作用,并同时利用底层支撑体后部的中部支撑平台的自重以及上部托运构件的重力作用,实现底层支撑体前端沟槽的跨越式行进作业。
