Segmental assembly type concrete duct piece for reinforcing pier and construction method
The segment assembly type concrete segment comprises transverse lap joints, vertical joggle joints and UHPC rings, each UHPC ring is of a prefabricated arc-shaped plate body structure, each UHPC ring is provided with a steel angle, the end of each steel angle is provided with a transverse lap joint, and after the transverse lap joints of the two steel angles are assembled and connected, the vertical joggle joints are connected with the transverse lap joints of the two steel angles. The two pieces of angle steel are also connected together to achieve installation of the UHPC ring, and concrete is poured into gaps of the angle steel for reinforcement; and a matched vertical joggle joint is arranged on the inner side of the UHPC ring. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the prefabricated UHPC panels are used for replacing original concrete, so that the compression resistance and corrosion resistance of the bridge pier are remarkably improved, the UHPC formworks can provide constraint force for core concrete, the safety of the bridge pier is improved, the construction cost is reduced, the construction period is greatly shortened, the traffic interference time is shortened, and the construction period is shortened. And the future pier maintenance cost is obviously reduced and even the later maintenance cost is avoided.
本发明公开了一种加固桥墩的节段装配式混凝土管片及施工方法,管片包括横向搭接接头、竖向榫接接头、UHPC环,UHPC环为预制的弧形板体结构,每个UHPC环上均设有一个角钢,角钢端部设有一个横向搭接接头,将两个角钢的横向搭接接头装配连接后,两个角钢也连接在一起,实现UHPC环的安装,角钢的空隙里浇筑混凝土进行加固;UHPC环内侧设有配套的竖向榫接接头。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:用预制UHPC面板替代原混凝土,使桥墩的抗压性能与抗腐蚀性能得到显著提高,UHPC模板可以对核心混凝土提供约束力,提高桥墩的安全性,施工费用会有所降低,施工周期则大大缩短,减少了对交通干扰的时间,未来的桥墩养护费用显著降低甚至免除后期维修费用。
