The invention discloses a novel side slope anchor cable reinforcing device which comprises a side slope body, a reinforcing plate and a concrete sealing anchor, and the reinforcing plate is arranged on one side of the side slope body; each unit anchor cable is formed by internally anchoring the two unbonded steel strands in the steel bearing body, and the steel strands are symmetrically anchored on the steel bearing body through the extrusion springs and the extrusion sleeves, so that the bonding strength between an anchoring body and a rock-soil body and the safety coefficient of an engineering hole anchoring body at the corresponding part are improved; the steel bearing bodies are regularly arranged on the inner wall of the corrugated pipe at intervals, so that the quality of the anchor cable is improved, and the reasonable effectiveness of measures used for protecting the cutting high slope is guaranteed; meanwhile, on the basis of the Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion, component force, perpendicular to the weak layer direction, of anchoring force and component force in the weak layer direction are equivalent to cohesive force and an internal friction angle of a weak layer bottom interface, then the mature residual thrust method is combined, and the stability coefficient of the anchor cable reinforced slope can be accurately and rapidly calculated.
